How Does CEHDEER Do This
- Recommendations or Referrals
Our growing recognition in society is continually increasing, as well as our client list. With this, we can recommend or refer our trainees to individuals and organizations alike, who require the services of well-trained persons, who have mastered their trade.
- Affiliate channels
This is similar to the first. We have a group of organizations and individuals who support and promote our course for Human Development. As the need arises we use our affiliate links to empower our trained women and youngsters.
Consider an organization that profits from services such as leisure and meeting food needs. We use such links to empower our trainees who have been trained in areas such as fish farming, or honey production. It’s easier to use our trainees for such affiliate connections that look elsewhere, because of their training.
- Resource Allocation
As part of our training procedure, we provide the necessary materials and equipment for individuals registered for our training programs.
We ensure with utmost sincerity that these materials are given freely to trainees after each training project is carried out.
One such example is providing each trainee tools for phone or computer repairs. After the training, this provides leverage for them to start practicing and perfecting their skills in whatever field of expertise.
Management Opportunities
CEHDEER through these channels of empowerment also carries out management of trainees, to help them develop on their own. Such areas include; how to plan, program, and pursue projects to successful outcomes
Within the training periods, they learn the skills required to add value and advance in their self-dependence. However, this may not be enough to establish them in their various trades.
With our management programs, we take it further into consolidating the skills acquired in our training programs into value-adding systems that can be benefited from with respect to the economy and individual wellbeing.
Establishing a business goes beyond having a skill. There is a need to learn other aspects of running a business and this is why we also provide and prescribe management opportunities to create a balance.
