Development
To provide advice and services on resource development particularly on women, youth and financial resources; and community development programmes.
Education
To provide advice and services on educating, training, skill acquisition, entrepreneurship education/workshop, orientation/reorientation on ethics and values; and capacity building of women and youth.
Microfinance Intermediation
To provide advice and services on microfinance intermediation such as sourcing and disbursement of micro-loans to women and youth small scale entrepreneurs.
Research Advice
To provide advice and services on research programmes and data sourcing.
